Process & Services

Phase 1 - Discovery...Planning
In this phase, we gather the information required to get a good understanding of you - why your business goals are and how the web can be utilized to help you achieve those goals. Using this information, we put together a plan for your website…deciding what technologies should be implemented. Elements such as interactive forms, ecommerce, etc are discussed during this phase.
Phase 2 - Interface...Visual Design
In this phase, we determine the look and feel of your site. Target audience is one of the key factors to take into consideration. A site aimed at a catering company, for example, will look much different than one meant for a financial institution or similar business. During this phase, it's important to incorporate items such as your company logo and colors to strengthen the identity of your company on the website. Communication between your and your designer in this phase is crucial to ensure that the final site will match your needs and taste.
Phase 3 - Coding...Development
In this phase, your website itself will be created. We will take all the graphical elements discussed in the Design phase and use them to create your actual website. Elements such as interactive forms are implemented and made fully functional as well during this phase. We will be sure to make your in-progress website available for you to view so that you can suggest any additional changes or corrections.
Phase 4 - Quality Assurance...Launch
During this phase, we will attend to the final details and test your website. We test things such as complete functionality of scripts and forms. We test for browser compatibility issues to ensure that your website is optimized to be viewed correctly in the most recent browser versions. Once you give us the final approval, it's time to launch the website. At this time, we will upload the files to your server.
This is the official launch and your site is now viewable to the public.

Step 5 - Optimization...Maintenance
After your website has been launched, we work with you on search engine optimization. In addition, websites need quite frequent updates to keep them fresh. Once your web site is operational, ongoing promotion, technical maintenance, content management & updating, site visit activity reports, staff training and mentoring is needed on a regular basis depend on the complexity of your web site and the needs within your organization.
Are you ready?
We are too.
